Rat Trap Collective event this evening (Friday 17th Nov) at The Cathays Conservative Club

Rat Trap Collective are hosting their third event on Friday 17 November at The Cathays Conservative Club.

Rat Trap is a Cardiff based, multi-platform collective of musicians and artists including CSAD graduates and students Carlota Nobrega, Daniel Pritchard, Ethan Hurst, Gweni Llwyd, Joel Hurst, Marianne Barry, Mark Hicken and Thomas Rees, hosting sporadic events across Cardiff. This project was developed from a unanimous vision to unite music and visual art in unusual venues.

The next event on the 17 November will be hosted at the Cathays Conservative Club, a venue that is not usually used to host this kind of event. This choice was made to bring a new lease of life to an otherwise unused space for young creatives in Cardiff.

This event will feature work from emerging artists Carlota Nobrega, Joel Hurst, Gweni Llwyd, Daniel Pritchard, Mark Hicken, Anna Rogers, Ronnie Cook, Peter Slania, George Manson, Rebecca Davies, Danielle Adair, Georgina Peach, Felicity Lockyear, Natasha Mitchell, Janet Blackman and Jon Wall. It will also include work by CSAD Fine Art lecturer James Green.

The event will also feature performances from Rainbow Maniac, CHROMA, Sock, Buzzard, Nicey, Bad Dancers and The CVC.
