Third Year BA (Hons) Ceramics Degree students interested in ‘Meta Modernism’ and the social and aesthetic shifts in arts practice, visited G39 Gallery, Cardiff, last week as part of the Ceramics Mentor Scheme.
Students heard CSAD graduate Bob Gelsthorpe speak about diversity, markets, funding and galleries.
Bob, as Artist, board member at G39, trustee at the ‘Kim Fielding Award’, and former exhibitions coordinator at Penarth Pier Pavilion, is uniquely placed to help guide our third year Ceramics students in terms of their professional practice.
