CSAD graduate wins Jarman Award

CSAD graduate Heather Phillipson has just been announced (Monday 28 November 2016) as the winner of the 2016 Film London Jarman Award.

The award recognises and supports artists working with moving image, and celebrates the spirit of experimentation, imagination and innovation in the work of emerging artist filmmakers’ (from the Jarman Award website).

Heather creates collisions of image, noise, objects and language that function as video art poetry, musical scores, and environments. She graduated in 2000 from CSAD’s BA Art and Aesthetics programme.
