CSAD staff member Professor Rob Pepperell and his Fovolab team have today been presenting at the Fovolab symposium at the British Computer Society, London. The event is funded by Wellcome.
More than 50 delegates from academia, art, design, performance, virtual and wearable technology assembled to discuss new technologies for mindful awareness and wellbeing.
The aim of Fovolab is to better understand the nature of visual experience and how to depict it. We do this by combining knowledge and methods from the art, sciences and humanities, each of which has a role to play in solving the complex issues involved.
