Illustration graduate Layla Holzer will be holding a solo exhibition of work at Hamilton House in Bristol from the 3 to the 14 February 2017.
The exhibition will feature a body of work inspired by the stories of Angela Carter, including Layla’s Erl-King film which was produced as a part of her studies on the MA Art & Design programme at Cardiff School of Art & Design. In addition to this there will be a number of Layla’s illustrations, puppets, and papercuts on display.
The exhibition has been organised as a part of the Get Angela Carter festival taking place in Bristol which celebrates Angela Carter’s Bristol connections around the 25th anniversary of her death and draws together various activities and events happening in Bristol.
